Costs are charged at our hourly charging rate, (currently £255.00) plus VAT (currently 20%). Costs for advice on compromise agreements are usually between £250.00 and £500.00 plus VAT and are generally paid by the employer. Once we know exactly what you wish us to do we will always give you an estimate of costs, VAT and disbursements (out of pocket expenses).
